Mechanical
Engineer, Project Leader - Location Northern Wisconsin
This individual must have the
unique ability to dig into a project at a low level conceptualizing,
designing, and detailing along with the ability to manage activity of team
members at a peer level. This person plans and directs all aspects of
engineering project management activities within a given project, while actively
participating in the engineering and design activities. Ensures all
engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with
organizations established policies and that all meet customer
objectives. Typically requires a BSME and 4-6 years of related
experience or advanced technical degree and at least 6-8 years of related
experience. Reports to top management.
Tooling Engineer – Location – Central
North Dakota
Develops, evaluates, and improves
tooling in conjunction with manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of
product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, production
equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
Works closely with Manufacturing Engineering to Analyze and plan space
requirements, workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for
maximum efficiency. Confers with planning staff concerning product design
and tooling to ensure efficient production methods. Confers with vendors to
determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment,
materials, or parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and
quality standards. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and
related costs to provide information for management decisions. Confers with
management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing
capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate
production processes. Applies statistical methods to estimate future
manufacturing requirements and potential. Familiar with a variety of the
field’s concepts, practices, and procedures in electrical
engineering. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish
goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May report to
an executive or a manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude
is expected. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering Technology and 4-6
years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Electrical Engineer – Location – Southeastern North Dakota
Designs, develops, and tests
all aspects of electrical components, equipment, and machinery. May
use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to
perform assignments. Applies principles and techniques of electrical
engineering to accomplish goals. Requires a bachelor’s degree in
electrical engineering and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a
related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts,
practices, and procedures in electrical engineering. Relies on
experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a
variety of complicated tasks. May report to an executive or a
manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Manufacturing Engineer – Location – Southeastern
North Dakota

capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. Analyzes and

engineering and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related

procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and
direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude
is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Design Engineer – Location – Southeastern
North Dakota
Designs new products and makes
improvements to existing products. May evaluate products, parts, or
processes for cost efficiency and reliability and ensure project
completion. May oversee the work of other designers. Works with
other members of the engineering staff to ensure that production is
completed in a timely manner. Requires a Bachelors degree or an
associate’s degree and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related
area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and
procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and
directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude
is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a
unit/department.

Mechanical and Manufacturing:

with concentration in mechanical design for designer.
·
A
desire to do design of high speed rotating machinery or small automotive /
construction equipment.
·
Pro/E
/ WildFire or SolidWorks CAD training or experience with a similar Solids
CAD system
·
Strong
mechanical aptitude, an interest in design and analysis of machine
elements, robotics, material handling, and a desire to be creative.
·
The
ability to work in a team-oriented environment, manage design projects and
to listen and accept input from various sources.
·
Self
motivated.
Electrical:
·
BSME

Associates
