The Design Automation tools employed by

increase productivity and decrease time to market only if they are

champions - project engineers, designers and system administrators - assume
the burden of managing the technologies. In this case many project tasks
suffer, design time decreases, project management timelines stretch,
product finite element analysis is omitted, and at times even key
